Worth £4,000, this is an exciting opportunity that could quite literally change your life! Plumbing is an in-demand trade, the starting point to all heating systems, including gas and renewables, with earning potential of up to £50,000 a year.
The winner of the competition will be an enthusiastic trainee whose also up for documenting their journey using video and social media, so other people can see what it’s like to train as a plumber.
Logic4training’s six-week Level 2 Diploma in the installation & maintenance of plumbing and heating systems, is designed for new entrants with no previous experience. On completion of the course, candidates will be able to trade as a plumber, fitting bathroom suites and radiators, or go on to add other elements like gas central heating to the mix.

About the Level 2 Plumbing Diploma: The entry-level plumbing Diploma is the perfect course for would-be plumbers and the basis of further training: you can add on an NVQ element, providing you with the further qualifications and experience to gain a JIB Plumbing Skills Card and Approved Plumber Status, or undertake our Managed Learning Programme for new entrant gas installers. There’s also the option to move into low carbon heating solutions, such as heat pumps and solar thermal.
Training takes place in-centre and includes theory and practical tasks, covering central heating, cold and hot water systems. The course also covers electrical installation related to plumbing and heating systems.
